We inform you that, in accordance with Art. 13 of D. Lgs. 30 June 2003, n. 196 (“Code for the subject of the protection of personal data”), Antonella La Macchia – P.IVA IT06285650484 handling holder of the personal data you share with us.

For the handling of personal data we intend its gathering, registration, organization, conservation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, diffusion, cancellation and distruction or the combination of two or more of these operations.

This data will be handled by Antonella La Macchia for the means of the execution of the service you requested or of one or more operations requested.

We inform you also that this handling will be occur with the help of automated instruments for the memorization, management and transmission of the data itself, with respect for the modalities provided for in Art. 11 of D. Lgs 30 June 2003, n. 196 for your guarantee, protecting your rights, fondamental liberties and dignity, particularly in reference to the reserved nature of the data and to personal identity.

The data you provide can be acknowledged by those in charge of handling data and can be communicated for the following reasons to external collaborators and, in general, to all those for whom the communication is necessary for the correct fulfillment of the service you have requested. We work to not distribute any information relative to single users for commercial purposes.

The conferment of personal data for the above mentioned reasons is strictly necessary in order to furnish the service that you have requested; therefore, the eventual lack of consent will render impossible the execution of the service itself.

In order to provide a complete service, our site contains links and other websites that may be managed directly by us or by associations or societies connected with us, and also not connected with us. We are not responsible for the content and the adherence to privacy laws of reference sites not manages by us. We inform you, also, that the access to our site allows for the individualization of the user’s IP address.

Personal data can be transfered to countries in the European Union and to countries outside the European Union for the purpose of the execution of the service requested.

We also inform you that in relation to the above mentioned handling, you may exercise your rights as listed in Art. 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights) of D. Lgs. 30 June 2003 n. 196 (of which content is listed below).

Art 7 D. Lgs. 196/2003 of 30 June 2003 – Rights of access to personal data and other rights.

I – The concerned has the right to obtain the confermation of the existence or lack thereof of personal data regarding said person, even if not yet recorded and their communication in intelligibile form.
II – The concerned has the right to obtain the indication:
a) of the origin of the personal data;
b) of the scope and modality of the handling thereof;
c) of the applied logic in the case of handling with the help of electronic instruments; of the identifying extremes of the holder, of those responsible and of the appointed representative in accordance with article 5, comma 2.;
d) of the subject and of the category of the subject to whom the personal data may be communicated and who might come to know about them, in function of designated representative of the territory of the State, of those responsible and charged.
III – The concerned has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, the rectification or, when necessary, the integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, the transformation in anonomous form or the blockage of data handled in violation of the law, including that of which the conservation is not necessary in relation to the scope for which the data was collected and then handled;
c) the acknowledgment that the operations for which a) and b) were brought to light, even regarding their content, of those to whom the data was communicated or diffused, except in the case that such undertaking is revealed to be impossible or would comport an undertaking disproportionate to the protected right.
IV – The concerned has the right to oppose, in all or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons the handling of the personal data that regards him or her, even if pertinent to the scope of its collection;
b) to the handling of personal data that regards him or her for the scope of sending advertising material or direct saled material or for the completion of marketing research or for commercial communication.
